Why OTESA
We are a private Occupational Therapy Service specialising in Moving and Handling.
We offer a range of services to meet private customer and corporate needs tailored and delivered in your home or office.
OTESA’s aim is to provide a high-quality and responsive Occupational Therapy Service to the local community in Hertfordshire and beyond.
We work with older adults aged 18 plus with physical, mental and learning disabilities and their families.
We also provide tailor made Moving and Handling training and bespoke Occupational Therapy Services.
About Us
Founder Sian Ali is a qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC) and a Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT) Member.
With extensive experience of working in local authority services with older adults who have physical, mental and learning disabilities, she has worked in a number of roles including Moving and Handling and Single Handed Care Project Lead, as an Assistant Team Manager and is also a Naidex Moving and Handling Lab 2021 & 2022 speaker.
Sian is passionate about helping people engage in meaningful occupations and helping people to live and make the most of their homes or continue to support loved ones at home.
